Yes, they can change over time, especially if your seizures are uncontrolled. They can change in response to aging, overall health, metabolism, diet, lifestyle, etc.

Once your seizure threshold is lowered, different things that can potentially push you over that threshold.
 
Thanks. My husband says my brain chemistry has got to be changing. Never has absences til last year, Vimpat fixed that, but menopause does seem to be changing thresholds etc.
