Going to give the Modified Atkins Diet a try.....anyone using this? Results?

I'm actually


on the celiac/GARD diet, though they are somewhat similar. I've been diagnosed as a celiac, so my limitations are a bit more....severe. PITA, but oh well.

There are several other member that have used MAD, I believe, though, so hang tight, they'll eventually answer.

I am a huge fan of the nutritional approach - no doubt in my mind that it will help.

Rebecca isn't doing a "diet" but manages her seizure threshold by making sure her day consists of the best nutritional choices possible. Some of the choices are based on what I have learned from the MAD and GARD.
