After that grand mal i was distraught for two days. That's the easiest way to explain it. Everything seemed "off" or "out of place", it was odd. My thinking was just off... you understand?
 
Absolutely! I've felt that same post-seizure disconnect. The last time I had a big seizure, I asked a friend to check in on me daily, just to give me some perspective on how I was feeling.
