A long story...

Well... I finally got medical insurance... got a primary care doctor who set me up on an EEG and some meds and an appointment with a Neurologist in February... well... the EEG was on Monday... it was a 20 minute test which came back 'Normal'... and then on Friday at work, I had another Tonic Clonic seizure... this is the second one I've had at work... and it's an amazing place I work at, man... my supervisor ( a woman who used to bea nurse), held me in place with my co workers as I convulsed sitting up in an office chair... medics came... I went to ER... ER went through meds I've been on and the ER Doctor prescribed me Keppra and some Ativan... it's my firts time on Keppra... I've tried everything else, now it's time for this....

I've had 6 seizures in this last year... I used to have 1 or maybe 2 ayear... so my frequencies are increasing...

Hopefully the Keppra does the job. I've been using it and it is part of a team along with Vimpat and they are doing a great job. How is the Keppra so far?

I've had good results on Keppra. Hope you do, too.
