The thing I dislike the most about being epileptic is that I take multiple meds to counter the side effects of my epilepsy medication. My epilepsy medication causes exhaustion, sleeping problems, ED, etc. So I take Melatonin to help my sleep, I take Sildenafil as needed for my ED. It's annoying because the epileptic meds help and hurt at the same time.
 
Yes, the e-meds are a bit of a blunt instrument. You could ask your doc about tinkering with the dose, or trying other e-meds, but that can open up a whole 'nother can of worms...
