hi, I just recieved my MRI results. As well as changes consistent with my disability I have abnormal appearances of my first and second cervical vertebra.

What does that mean? what is my First and Second Vertebra? In the mean time I will google it but someone may know on here?

They are the top to vertebra in your neck. The 1st one is at the base of your skull.

Your doc needs to provide details and interpretation. The "abnormal appearance" could be a slight dislocation. Or a narrowing. Or compression. Or it could be curvature or disc degeneration due to arthritis. It could be age-related or trauma-related...

Thankyou Nakamova! thanks everyone. I have a sleep deprived EEG next week. Help me :/ I have to stay up all night

Good luck with the EEG! I had a sleep-deprived one last fall. I rented some DVDs to watch into the wee hours -- it helped.
