I have JME but for the past few days, my left arm has been twitching just above the elbow on the outside of my arm. Told my neurologist, he didn't say anything about it. It isn't painful, just uncomfortable and distracting!!!

Could this be my Myoclonic seizures dying down, and putting up a small fight as they wither away? This is only happening in my left arm. Or could it be something to do with the break in my left arm from my drop attack?

Thanks!!!

Hard to know exactly what's going on, since seizures can change over time in unpredictable ways. Can you stop the twitching when it occurs?

No, it's uncontrollable. My mum has felt it as it even makes my skin ripple which is how I would describe it. Hope the new neurologist can help! It has been happening all day and has only stopped when I had a hot shower

pepetro has a question something like yours, only its about his eye twitching. I also have the twitching in my left arm and right side of my face.
