so today im off to see a mental health social worker :( i dont have a clue what to say..... i can just say im depressed and thats it everyone knows what depression is lol ....... i hate talking about it to strangers it doesnt help!
they dont care and they r paid to listen and judge! i hate it!!!!!
 
You will get through this just fine! Remember, Santa is watching, so be nice :)
 
Don't worry about what to say. The social worker will know what to ask. And they won't be judging you, just listening to see if there are ways they can help.
