Hi, hope everyone had a good holiday season. I've done pretty well over the last few months actually better than i've been in while . I've still had several spells but they have not been horrible.
We have alot of snow here and lately when I try to go out to walk , or even going to get the mail when I re- enter the house I detect a bit of a strobbing effect for a while There aren't any ceiling fans on and no lights either just natural light. I am wondering sunlight or not if Reflection off the snow is causing problems, it is associated with some disorientation. But I am trying to just ignore it and keep going.
I will try to remember to wear my sunglasses outside maybe that will help.

I asked that question last year lol

I notice that when its cold out and really bright the light reflects off the snow and makes it twinkle really fast. its no good for my brains.

So glad to hear I 'm not imagining it as some have told me . I think if I were not careful I could have a seize from it. Since it is detectable i am considering it just
as a trigger.
