We saw the new neurologist today. Her symptoms line up with "focal epilepsy". He is putting her on a medicine(I can't remember the name) for 10 days. If we see an improvement, we know we are on the right track. If not, we go from there.

He was wonderful with her, not even hinting at her lying or faking. He also mentioned migraines, so we shall see!

That sounds great! I hope you see improvement with the meds. Ten days seems like a short time for them to kick in -- it must be something with a short half-life, like keppra.

That is such fantastic news. Glad to know you now have someone who is taking you both seriously! Hope the meds work.
