(i was talking to several people about their treadmill or trainer regimens, apparently they can only do it stoned as hell)
 
I'll admit treadmill running can be boring but I use a program where the incline varies every minute, and that helps. Plus running is kind of my meditation/zone-out time. I guess you could say running is my "drug" lol.

TPBM had a healthy activity that they do that helps them relax.
