Hey all I've been wandering the internet looking for a place for a long time. I had a seizure in Febuary ended up going on keppra. Ever since I was 2 they couldn't determine what was wrong with me and I wandered the world of disabilities lost and confused but I tried to help everyone I met by making them laugh and telling them that just because they had problems it was no cause for despair. Thank you for reminding me of that again reminding me who I was meant to be all my life.

Hi David! I honestly find this forum so incredibly supportive and informative. I learned about it at a presentation by the Epilepsy Foundation of America. I noticed this was a link off that site and decided to join last year.

Little kids with epilepsy have a totally different perspective than some adults. Liability was not a concept in my mind as I climbed monkey bars at school when nobody was watching! I did learn how to be a really fast runner! And, I still lead a pretty active lifestyle after not driving for so many years.

I find it ironic that people are now being encouraged to walk or exercise.

    Hi Alivenwell

Hope you are ok? I'm still trying to work my way round this site, I hope we can be friends, and I'm gonna try and have a look at your photos, I think I might have a photo in my details, not sure, if you see it, let me know, I'm the absolute technophobe!

Hope to hear from you soon!
