    Seizure Background
*Diagnosed with Epilepsy in 2004 but no specific type till later on in my late adolescent and adult years.
    Types of epilepsy:Juvenile Myoclonic(diagnosis in 2006),Photosensitive(diagnosis 2006) and Catamenial(diagnosis 2012).

*Type of seizures I have are:
    -Absence>(with clonic component,atonic component and/or automatism component),
-Myoclonic>(sudden jerks of my arms, legs, head and whole body.0r falling suddenly),
-Tonic-Clonic>(though never experienced any, except for the first before diagnosis),
-Simple Focal(sensory, autonomic and psychic) & -Complex Focal.

    *Triggers:
    -Forgetting to take medication,
    -Getting sick or am sick,
    -Extreme stress with sleep deprevation,
    -Hormonal flunctuation/ menses,
-Flashing/flickering light/esp. bright open flourescent lighting,
-Sitting on top/close to a tv or projector screen,
-Certain odors(boiling garlic, fish, strong purfume of cologne),
-Low blood surgar &/or smacking my head.

*Cause: Unknown/According to my new neurologist he said; it could be from many factors.
Premature birth,Cerebral Palsy, having very rare genetic disorder Triple X Syndrome and/or genetics since it runs the family. Have been seizure-free.

The only time a seizure most often occurs is when im triggered by 2 or more triggers.Examples having a cold and being near a flickering light, open flourescent lighting in a room full of crt computers or sitting too to a tv/projector screen in the dark with flickering movie.Or when my brain randomly decides to go haywire for no reason(spontaneously/very rare).
