    Seizure Background
I have my first seizure in 2010, they have gotten worse with time. Seizures decreased after I got used to a high dose of Oxcarbazepine. A change in lifestyle, especially food really helped. Sleep, and activity changed helped with my seizures. Things go back and forth, but that's just the nature of the beast. Very lucky to have found this community!

A typical seizure for me seems to be simple partials/partials mainly, though they can generalize. My cognitive abilities are affected, speech, emotion, memory and spatial awareness. After large clusters of seizures things start to go back to normal. Overall things have been a rinse and repeat with the seizures and they occur pretty often.
    Treatments
oxcarbazepine at a high dose. Soon to be adding another med. Getting good sleep, avoiding stress, and eating healthy. Everything helps!
    Location
    Nebraska
    Interests
I love martial arts, train very lightly at the moment. Books, music, and guitar.
