carbamezapine and loss of passion!

I 've been on carbamezapine roughly 7 months now and one thing I've noticed (and other people) is that my passion for life doesn't seem to be there anymore, but the other hand its doing wonders for my CPS's, going to discuss with neuro next week but, any opinions on what one should do, would be very welcome.

There do seem to be links between AEDs and libido (both increased and decreased). Check out this thread: http://www.coping-with-epilepsy.com...ibido-just-post-seizure-libido-problems-4092/

Not sure what the answer is. Maybe you could have your hormones checked to see if supplementing might be a solution?
