Cold Med

Hi Folks,

I hope all of you are doing well. I've been battling a bad cold for 2 wks. now and I was wondering what
you think the best cold med is for you. I learned I can't take Robitussin Max cough syrup because it goes
right through my system and it triggers seizures. I've been taking the Aleve cold and sinus med but I need
something to get rid of a bad cough. If any of you have any advice, I would appreciate it and make sure
when you are shopping to wear your mask and wash your hands good when you get home if not before

Sorry to hear Sue. I don’t have any preference with cold medicine. My son has been sick. He has pneumonia. Antibiotics are helping him.

I'm sorry to hear that your son has pneumonia I've had that twice and it's no fun. Just down the hot fluids
and that will help him. I'm getting a little better but I'm wondering if I may have covid even though I got all

I hope you feel better soon. My neurologists have all told me that I should use Delsym. I also use (& keep a supply of) Luden's throat drops--I've noticed that the meds make my mouth dry despite the large amount of water I drink. Other cold meds can/will often interfere with our AEDs.
