Does anyone know what material is best to use for a dental post? I will be having a RC (if I ever get brave enough) & I'm concerned about having more metal in my mouth. Thanks.
 
I think nowadays the preferred material for dental posts is a fiber-reinforced composite. Ask your dentist what they offer.
