Anyone have any strong opinions and (data to support) about where a donation can make the biggest impact in epilepsy research?

thanks

Well... I am subscribed to epilepsy therapy project's newsletter (I am running to raise money for that charity actually ) and they put out a lot of what they do. A lot of it is research -related/grants/etc.

I don't have research/data to show how much of every donated dollar goes towards research from the various research funding groups, but CURE (as mentioned by Nak) and the ETP both have funded research that has eventually come to market. I would suggest reviewing what research the groups have funded in the past and see which group appears to using research funds in a manner that aggrees with you.
