Does anyone struggle with sleep paralysis from their seizures or medication or both? Some days I feel like I; going to have a seizure so I have to lay down until I can move. while laying down I fall asleep. Then I feel awake mentally but I can;t one y body. Then when I finally wake up out of it I feel terror. It feels like you are buried alive.

There are a lot of threads here where members talk about their experiences with sleep paralysis. Use the search function ("sleep paralysis") in the menu bar at the top of the screen and you will find them. It seems to be a fairly common experience.
