Months is a loose measure -- Doctors count a pregnancy in weeks or trimesters, and the typical pregnancy is roughly 40 weeks. 40 weeks = 280 days. So if your pregnancy started on January 1st, exactly 9 months later is October 7th — 9 months + 1 week.
