260 TYE 
ABIDED <-- had two 2x tiles in ABIDED with a cross, so 8x the +20 point six letter word bonus. I got lucky with this one because I had set up the cross word to be BYE, but inadvertently used the letter B right before the E came. Luckily I also got the letter T and TYE is also a valid word.
