This is about where our nutrition went.
Good article, Ruth. A quote from it:
"In the last century, nearly 75% of our agricultural crops have disappeared. Today, farmers primarily grow 12 crops. And of these, we mainly eat potatoes, rice, corn, and wheat."
Anytime the diversity of what we eat goes down, the likelihood that we will be getting our complete nutritional needs met also goes down.
