wild lettuce

I wonder if anyone else tried it. make a tea with it.It got soporific effect(REMEMBER PETER RABBIT he drank it and apparently miss Potter knocked a few back)It said to have very mild cannbis type effects,it don't make you high sad to say but is relaxing but it may be because you so bloody tired and desperate to sleep that you telling yourself that..It taken by Romans to ease epilepsy and the odd witch in the UK worked a few spells with it.
I will let you know tomorrow if it works,gawd it taste like soil.

It can't be as bad as chamomile tea and loads of people drink that, green tea is vile too - so if it's relaxing I'd def try it.
