Jim What is Barramundi? Sounds Indian. Love mangos!
A mango and coriander sauce...my favorite is mango sauce over pork. Have made that numerous times. But all "your" food. All the variety. You have me hungry!

What an absolute kick! Grandma drunk, with tales about how Grandpa was hot back when. Truly sounds like a comedic scence for the cinema!

barramundi is a northern australian/south east asian fish, its a sort of seabass. I think the name is an aboriginal word actually. The thais and indonesians use it a lot (and probably southern indians also) australians are totally obsessed with it and literally eat thousands of tons of it every year. poor little (very tasty with lemongrass and lime) fish. mmmm barramundi..
