Wikipedia lists an Autological word (as being different from a heterological word)
thus:

"An autological word (also called homological word) is a word expressing a property which it also possesses itself (the word "short" is short, "common" is common, "noun" is a noun, "English" is English, "pentasyllabic" has five syllables, "word" is a word, "sesquipedalian" is sesquipedalian). The opposite is heterological, a word that does not apply to itself ("long" is not long, "verb" is not a verb, but rather a noun, "Englisch" is German)."

Think of an autological word or two then pass to the next poster.

very simple. :)

"authentic" since it is an authentic word, as opposed to "inauthentic", which is also an authentic word.

" i " (the word "I" which is also the letter "I")

(Lexemes was awesome btw)

pluralizations

IDT so. that's heterological.

but if you were to do it like this :

"pluralizations pluralizations"

that's really tricky though. You couldn't just say "pluralization" because it's not pluralized but if it IS pluralized with an "S" as you did then there need to actually be more than one of them.

tricky.

You could also do :

tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology tautology

Ha! I actually had typed that in first and but then removed it because it was two words... which as you pointed doesn't work. I should have listened to the wise words of my middle school teacher and stayed with my first answer.

Well we are doing just words here but it's a fun game on an epilepsy forum and Nomic was far too complex for everybody so i am thinking...keep it simple keep it somewhat rule free.
I am not going to nitpick how people do it. But...if it's heterological and not autological...I'll say so.
