I was merchandising a video display at a local Kmart store yesterday. There were a lot of empty spaces where sales had been good or new stock had not come in yet. The department manager came over and started to fill the lower shelves with all kinds of little kid videos even though the empty spaces were to stay empty so that the company would know to send more. I was surprised and asked what she was doing. She explained, "We want all the spaces full so people will buy more. I put the little kid videos on the bottom so they can see them and I put the adult videos on the top shelves". My mouth dropped open. Adult Videos? At Kmart? Just then a man and his wife walked by and he perked up and asked the department manager where the Adult Videos were so he could look at them. You should have seen her try to back out of that one! I told her that I didn't think my company serviced Adult Vdeos. As the man shook his head and walked off with his wife he called back to the department manager, "Don't worry, I'll find some on Ebay". :roflmao: :bjump::bjump: :roflmao:

That gives Wal-Mart's sign "beynd these doors there's more" a whole new meaning! There sure is. Kmart's video section!
