I just found a resource on another forum that I thought should be copied and brought to our library of sources. This is something that I could have used months ago, and even considered designing an online version.

I can see how the hard copy version is more useful, as you can carry it to appts. This is a must have for anyone with a medical condition. Don't just think you are doing fine with your scattered info, think of others that might need to pick up the pieces in an emergency. You might know where everything is, but others would be lost. Certainly worth the time and effort to get it organized.

WOW! Robin this looks really great I think I am gonna build one of these babies for myself in a 3-ring binder for when i have to go to hospital or a doctors visit just to keep every thing in one place even though I dont have a child! what a find : ) doing a happy dance...... : )
