My brain always hated the loss of an hour in the spring. Plus I find it annoying to change all the clocks in my house. So a few years ago I decided to "stop the madness". I left my clocks on Daylight Savings Time and stayed on my 9 to 5 schedule. Except the rest of the country called it 8 to 4 for about 4 months.
My brain was so grateful the first year I did this. No more constant feeling of jet lag when we Spring forward again!
