I am not sure if this is appropriate so I am sorry if it is not.

I do stand-up comedy in Washington, DC. I am doing an open mic tonight at Touchdowns on U Street at 8:00 pm. I need to bring people. If you can come, please let me know if you can make it sometime so I can get an idea of how many people are coming. Touchdowns in at 1334 U Street, NW. Near the U Street Metro.
