I'm not one for Tibeten, Transental Meditations or meditation of the like which requires filling the brain with silence, mantras. No stopping my mind. I've found this book to be very helpful when stressed out and in need of a pleasant pick me up. This book is not just about visualizing your future for the better ie bigger cars, houses etc. though there are chapters devoted to those prospects. I focus on the parts in the book where you vizualize yourself in your ideal setting eg woodland, sea shore, hilltop. Places that become "your" inner santuary. This might sound a bit too much for some but you can appoint yourself a "spiritual guide" (which is really your higher self) guiding you to calming, colorful parts in your mind. You would have to look into the book to get the just of it all. But don't let the quest for material things derail you. That area is minor to the whole of her objectives.

Always Laurie
