Did I have a night seizure or not? Who knows?

The other I was in bed asleep when my boyfriend came home from work. He says he could hear me talking before he got to the door and thought i was on the phone when he came in the room i was still talking but obviously asleep. I have no knowledge of what i was saying or that he was even in the room until he managed to wake me up. the next day i had a really bad headache and felt tired all day. this is not the first time he has said tht i talk out in my sleep. I'm really not sure if i have seizures at night or not. All I know is i wake up feeling more tired than when i went to sleep and have a really bad headache. my boyfriend says i toss and turn all night but i dont know. but the sheets are a knotted mess alot.

There are so many different ways that seizures manifest themselves since everyone is different. I also talk in my sleep a lot, and also have nocturnal seizures, but the two are not the same for me. When I do talk in my sleep, I am more tired the next day only due to the fact that my dreaming was so intense. If I have a seizure during the night, I feel just like I have been hit by a truck and dragged for about a mile! Sore in every muscle and can not stay awake or make a simple sentence. But you may want to talk to your doctor. It could seizure type activity.

I don't think I have nocturnal seizres but I have woken myself up talking before.

A sure sign for me when I have a seizure is that I'll get a horrible headache and will usually be so tired the next day that I'll just sleep all day long.
