I had this and it was the worst thing in the world, actually ended up in the hospital. It's caused by an inner ear infection.

I got so dizzy that I couldn't even walk a crooked line let alone a strait one! If I opened my eyes all I did was throw up. My parent's took me to the dr who told me to go to the er. They admitted me and kept me all weekend.

Finally after 2 days I could open my eyes with out getting sick but they kept me another day just to be on the safe side. I don't know if it was a combo of having epilepsy and the infection or what that they decided to do that.

I'm one that never get's sick, but when I do I don't mess around!

Im so sorry to hear you were in the hospital! Im glad you're out now and feeling better! :)

I'm much better now - thanks! I think it's all gone out of my system. The dr told me that it's something that can last a few days, weeks and even sometimes a month or longer.

I was worried that I was going to be in the hospital for Christmas or opening presants with a bucket beside me to throw up in when I opened my eyes to see what the gift was!

Im glad you are doing better! That would not be good to spend christmas in the hospital!
