I am currently on 2 types of AED Lamitcal and Keppra. I was wondering does anyone know if either of these AEDs have an effect on your immune system. Its just i am very prone to getting a cold/flu, ear infections and tummy bugs. So i was wondering if there was any kind of link.

I am also on those two meds, I've taken them for a long time, and I've noticed that over the last few years I've been getting sicker than usual.
About 2 years ago I ended up in the hospital with a serious ear infection. This year I ended up with the flu - stuffed up head, coughing and sneezing like crazy.
Things like this really never happened before. I don't know if it could be that I'm getting older, epilepsy or from the meds.
