Anyone looking for an online version of a journal that works for documenting a person's seizures needs to go to 'www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/319430.php' to find some journals listed.
There are several other things that can be used by people who have E!

I am currently using the app "Track It! Seizure Log" because it's easy to use. I use it for both seizures and migraines since I can't differentiate between the two yet.
