I'm new at this. My daughter has LGS and many other types of seizures. Just feeling down tonight as she has seized all day. Really heart breaking to see.
You pump endless amounts of meds. in her and I "wonder why". She has been seizing (cluster), grand mal, petit mal... it is endless...don't forget those masty PRN's. then she's down for two days...SOOooooo bummed.:e:

Hi mo4, welcome!

As a caretaker it must be so hard to see your daughter having seizures. I hope you can find support and advice her at CWE.

How old is your daughter? What medication(s) is she taking? Can her neurologist offer other meds, or suggest other treatment approaches?

Best,
Nakamova

Hi mo4 -
As a mom of a daughter that has had seizures I understand the heart break. It is not something that you would wish on anyone, let alone a child. How old is your daughter?

We are here for you, and I hope we can help you through the rough days. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and make sure you take care of yourself.
