Check out this article. There is a new Patient commity to give a voice to patients on their care. So, I urge you in Canada to relay how your treated with regards to your epilepsy. This man started a commity to help with patient guided treatment (YAY! just what I wanted) because of this health care proffesionals own experience of being a patient and finding that the doctors treating him were not telling him everything, and that some of their knowledge is out dated. I am going to be sending them a long essay on what I think should be done in regards to epilepsy, neurologists and testing.

Thanks for your email. We don't have the capacity to handle or respond to individual concerns, complaints, etc. but maybe I can help by directing you to someone who can.

Although the site looks good - they don't actually want to help individuals with medical issues.
