Sadly all the birthday dinners had to be canceled until next week because of this silly flu bug I'm still a fightin', hehe.. but I am starting to feel a bit better!

And guess what.. They declared a "State of Emergency" here!!! We kept joking about how my birthday really isn't THAT big of a deal.. we'll keep the damage to a minimum! LOL. Really though, its raining horribly, and we have flood warnings like crazy. Lucky for my family, we live on top of a huge hill, and this house has never flooded before (and it's an oooollllldddd house!) ​
