Hi,

So my sleep is probably getting interrupted by seizures that I'm unaware of, If you had read my previous threads, I have stated that I've had some sort of seizures every year or six months or so.

I am often tired when I wake up but get no other symptoms, I already ache a lot due to my disability so its difficult to know if I'm aching because of a seizure.

Last night I was awake reading twitter, Heard a loud deep noise and my eyes blinked repetitively for about a minute while i continued to try and read.

This morning I woke up and I felt like I hadnt slept at all. I had like a headache/tiredness feel about me but it wasnt really a headache as such.

I think that I hyperventilated a bit after woulds but not much. I really need to get this sorted out but I have a lot of other medical problems I need to sort out too. I have college work to finish that stresses me out.

I also get stress symptoms which is why the doctor told me i had panic attacks and didnt believe me..

Hmm tough one what I did too confirm my nocturnals was put my phone on record set it on myself went sleep then id watch it back the next day took a few days but it eventually confirmed the seizures :-)

Yeah it is, My laptop camera had a light on so i couldnt sleep with that, might try it again with a phone.

Mine had a light but just had too deal with it worth it in the end

Yeah maybe i can block out the light more, problem is i spent all night trying to sleep and eventually turned it off! I think I need an eye mask! I want to know for sure before i go complaining to doctors, last time they thought i was stupid!

I know how you feel spent months waking knackered then had massive seizure at work, then spent time in hospital and they noticed nocturnal, but wanted too see it for myself why I recorded it
