Welcome to CWE! Everyone here is a great help and I've had epilepsy for 44 yrs. I found out that to much starch foods and carbs triggered seizures for me. Feel free

The people here on CWE can really be helpful and supportive! :clap:
Ask any questions you may have and if you ever need to vent use the 'Padded Room' to do so. The 'Padded Room' is private and only members of CWE can see what is entered on it.
It has been 50+ years for me since I was diagnosed w/E.
