Hi, I'm new to the Forum and would like to tell everyone that I am taking homeopathic remedies along with the KeppraXR. I went to an N.D. and received a biofeedback analysis with a machine that places bands around your head, wrists and ankles and then "reads" your energy into a computer. My epileptisodes are less frequent and less severe. I am hopeful.
 
I love homeopathy! WE have seen some great results with it here for acute situations and seasonal allergies..but no help with seizures so far.

Thank you, Nakamova. I just emailed that word to my neurologist...hope he gets a smile. All that he can do is prescribe the Rx. I am determined to get out of these aberrant behaviors-this is how I see it-as I truly believe that my body has the ability to heal whatever is neurochemically challenged-and that it will take more than a drug to do so.
 
One of the remedies is a 'liquitrophic', a compilation of neurotransmitters. I also take lecithin granules dissolved in green tea every a.m., among other nutritional approaches.
 
My daughter has been helped by alternative therapies too.
