Following on from the finding joy in tough times Thread, I thought I'd start this.
A daily space to share what we've done for ourselves today to bring piece and calm to our day
So far I've
Listened to music
Taken a warm shower (and it's still only 7 A.M)
I'm going to go to church later
Eat something nice
Walkk too and from church (so fresh air)
Been on the forum (AQA this one)
What about you. how are you bringing calm to your day today
