Hi you all,
I'm not having epilepsy, but one of my friend does. When we found out this, it's so bad and gloomy. That's why I come here to find ways to cope with it, and have known many helpful things given from you all.
Thanks a lot. It's lucky that i found this site.

come on it and make yourself welcome. It is nice that your friend has someone like you to be so supportive. :hello:

Welcome! You've come to a place of smart, supportive, caring, interested people.

Does your friend have a good neurologist? If not, you might look at a Comprehensive List of GOOD Neurologists…Epileptologists…Neurosurgeons…and Pediatric Doctors. http://epilepsytalk.com/2009/10/13/...ologists…neurosurgeons…and-pediatric-doctors/

Also, it would be a good idea for your friend to keep a daily seizure diary, tracking their sleep patterns, what they eat, daily activities (including emotional upsets), what happens before a seizure (auras?), during a seizure and after. Plus the duration of the seizure.

This might help identify some trigers and help the doc know what he/she is going through.

If there's any way we can help, sing out. That's why we're here!
