Hello,
I'm Belinda and I've had epilepsy about 50years.I was diagnosed at two but started having seizures sooner than that.I went through school having seizures, and met my husband at the epilepsy foundation , he also has epilepsy but had surgery in 72 hasn't had a seizure since.I'm on my 22nd AED.

I've always refused to sit and wait for my seizures at home I get out and ride the bus the subway, and so be it if I have a seizure.
I live my life and some people don't understand how I can get out because I might have a seizure well that's there problem.

I've been to my share of epilepsy clinics,UAB,(Alabama) MCG medical college of GA one other on Augusta.Emory Atlanta,GA I don't live far from there.

I've had the VNS and it wasn't worth getting a 4th.It can't be removed.

I've had same neuro 23 yrs he's tried everything.

2 more epilepsy drugs been approved by FDA POTIGA for partial seizures and I don't remember other name.
