Hi everyone, I have been away so long I thought I'd come back in the foyer first . I have had so much life go on and then I couldn't remember my password or figure out how to get back in but here I am. Those who know me know my Mum passed away in October and I went into a bit of a hole for a while. I have had so many health issues. I am undergoing constant monitoring for nodules on my lungs. We have determined that it is not lung cancer however there are so many things that it could be but it is too early to make any diagnosis. I have had One lung biopsy and one bone marrow biopsy and multiple xrays and scans and I am about to go through it all again. I just have to keep positive and hope that things are going to have a positive outcome. There is a possibility that these nodules could go away and that is what I am praying for.
My epilepsy is pretty erratic. I go for a couple of weeks with nothing and then my friend returns. I get the hangover, the olfactory hallucinations, headaches and have trouble getting my words out. I also don't have good judgement. My neurologist doesn't want to alter my meds in any direction at the moment because of the stress I am under re my health but I handle it and my husband is just wonderful. I Hope all my friends here are doing ok. Take care.

Sandie, good to see you back. I do know your feelings with personal conditions... I do not spend as much time here as I used to but that is mostly due to medication changes and my memory is getting worse. Anyhow, good to see (read) ya back :)

Hey Sandie,
I'm glad the nodules aren't cancerous -- hope you get some answers soon about what's going on. Be well.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. Nakamova, I am not out of the woods with the cancer yet. They are keeping their eye out for some kind of bone cancer or maybe histiocytosis because my protein levels in my blood are a little high. It is not to say that I have it, it is just possibilities. It is way too early to make a diagnosis. I am very fortunate that these things were detected early so no matter what it is, I am able to get early treatment.
