It was 2005, I was 30. I've never had a seizure before. We were picking our oldest daughter up from school, the baby was in the car seat and my wife went in. The last thing I remember is my wife stepping up on the curb and the next thing I see is all these paramedics standing over me asking the year and all that. 
All my childhood I had space out moments, staring at one spot on the wall for long moments. We just attributed that kind of behavior to my PTSD (sexual abuse by neighbor) or something. But, now, who knows...
