Hi

I am on Keppra and it says take it morning and night. Anyone know how many hours apart to take them? Like I take them at 6 in morning and before bed but wondering if I need to take them 12 hours apart?
 
12 hours apart would be optimal. I believe the reasoning would be to keep the proper levels of the drug inyour system at all times.

I take mine around 9 am and 9 pm. A little time off is ok, but it is best to take them as close to 12 hours apart as possible.
 
Yes 12 hours. Thanks for reminding me I'm a n hour behind!
