Hi friends,

This weekend is a BIG weekend for me. My daughter is getting married, so this is going to be a very emotional time for me. :):crying: They've dated now for 5 years, so they know each other well enough to marry. It's going to be an outdoor wedding at the "Renaissance Festival". The bride and attendants will be wearing dresses from the Renaissance era and the groom and groomsmen will be wearing "pirates" attire. Not the usual wedding, but this is what they wanted. I just hope it isn't too hot. I certainly don't need to go into a seizure.

And my son who just returned from Seoul, S. Korea, will be off to Boston University School of Law in a few weeks. He spent a year in Korea teaching English to 5 year olds after graduating magna cum laude from CU Denver. :scholar: He decided he needed a year off from school before going on to law school. I'm proud of him and hate to see him go at the same time. :crying: But I do plan on flying up to Boston to visit him in the next few years.

This is such a bittersweet time for a mother.

Congratulations CinT

It seems like all your kids are preparing for new lives.

That is so great!

Cint,

It's hard letting children go. But congratulations! You've done such a wonderful job with them. They are starting a new chapter in their lives, and you've given them a wonderful start. You must be so proud of them. :)
