I am new to the site. Afraid.

I am new to the site. I am scared because my husband is breathing really loud in his sleep but never does usually. So I tried calming him down saying,"it's okay... I love you" and rubbing his shoulder. Just really trying to calm him down. He grabbed my hand and held it. He stopped breathing so hard.

I woke up from him. It's 4 and I woke up because he was breathing so heavy. I was worried about him.

He has seemed to calm down now. Hopefully he stays that way and doesn't have a seizure. The stress of school (he's in college) seems to be getting to him very badly to the point where he had to stay home from it just to relax also because he didn't want to seizure.

I work tomorrow at 9 in the morning I was up with him at 12pm. I guess I got to hope for best and go back to sleep.

Take care and good luck. Stress can do funny things to a person. Just stay calm and be there for him. Look after yourself too.
