Hi everybody,

Just thought I'd introduce myself before I post in The Kitchen. I used to post on the Brain Talk Epilepsy Forum so my username might look familiar. I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2004 after a grand mal in a friend's basement. I currently take Lamictal (more on that later).

I'm getting an MS in a field related to cognitive rehabilitation so I may be of help with general neurology questions, too.

See you in the Kitchen. My question is going to be kind of a doozy...

Hi julesmontrose, welcome to CWE!

Make yourself at home...

Welcome julesmontrose

Hello,

If you haven't seen it, CWE is a wonderful resource with knowledgeable members who are very compassionate.

I hope you find what you are looking for on this wonderful site.

Tom

Thanks, guys! You're right, people on here seem super knowledgable and it appears to be troll-free which is a gigantic plus.

(One correction to my info above: The T/C that got me diagnosed was actually in 2003, not 2004.)
