hi everyone
i have epilepsy after a road accident years ago ,i was on tegretal but gave me very bad side effects some i am still having even though i have been of it for almost tow years.
can i ask does anyone here have hearing loss tinitus and blindness after using tegratal?

I sorry to hear your situation. I'm sorry I'm no help to you in fact that I can't remember what my side effects were on this meds.

We all react diff. to the diff. meds.

Have you called you're Dr.
 
Only side effects I've had were joint pain, headaches and itchy scalp. I was breaking slow release Tegretol in half to even out my dose(as advised by an obviously ill informed doctor) only to find that you shouldn't because it can release too much in one go. Once I stopped doing that my side effects are now minimal. Good luck, I hope things improve for you. I hope your doctor can shed some light on this for you.

the docs are thinking it is the tegretal its just a long story that all.
